I hope you and your family enjoy fall break next week! Due to the week off, our next spelling test will be on Oct. 14, and memory work will be recited on Oct. 15. Spelling tests and memory recitation is for our first grade classmates. On Tuesday, October 7, we will have our first field trip of the year to the Red Barn Farm. We are looking forward to learning about Hispanic Heritage Month on Friday when we talk about Mexico and the foods that we get from Mexico.
