8th grade families,
I hope you all have a restful and rejuvenating Thanksgiving break next week! I am so thankful to be blessed with the opportunity to work with all of the students in our classroom! I look forward to seeing everyone after break and celebrating Advent as we prepare for Christmas.
Congratulations to Maria and Nathan for their accomplishments during the spelling bee yesterday! They both did a fantastic job!
Upcoming Events:
- Candy Cane Cafe: Student Council will be hosting a Candy Cane Cafe each Tuesday in the commons area. They will be selling hot chocolate and cookies. A flyer was sent home in Thursday folders. Please have your student here by 8:10 to enjoy!
- Spirit Week: Once we return, we will have Spirit Week!

- Christmas Store: Our Christmas Store shopping time will be December 10th at 12:00.
- Christmas Program: Our Christmas program practice has started! We are so excited to host this beautiful program. Our Christmas program is December 18th, starting at 6:00. Please have your child here by 5:30 in our classroom!
- Advent Services: Advent services start on Wednesday, December 3rd, at 4 pm and 7 pm with dinner served at 5 pm. We would love to see you there!
