As we enter Christmas break, we want to thank you for your continued support and partnership. This season reminds us of the greatest gift of all, the birth of Jesus Christ. We pray your family enjoys a restful and blessed Christmas break filled with faith, love, and time together. Below, you will find important information. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your student’s homeroom teacher. We look forward to welcoming everyone back on January 6th.
3rd–8th Grade Christmas Program
The 3rd-8th Grade Christmas Program has been postponed to Thursday, January 8th at 6:00 PM. Students should be in the classrooms by 5:45 PM in black bottoms and a white top. Boys should have a collared shirt.
Last Day and Christmas Parties
Due to a significant increase in illness, today will be our last day of school before break. There will be no school tomorrow, Friday, December 19th. There will be no extended care available this afternoon. Our Christmas parties have been postponed to Friday, January 9th We will do a White Elephant gift exchange during the party with silly socks. Please send your student in with a wrapped pair of socks for the exchange!
Parent Teacher Conferences
Please take a moment to schedule your parent teacher conference for January. This is mandatory and all students must attend these conferences. Conferences will take place the week of the Cedar Rapids basketball tournament. If your child is going to the tournament, please sign up for a slot on Tuesday, Wednesday, or early Thursday.
