Chapel Offering for 2nd Quarter and Christmas Families
Our chapel offering for 2nd quarter is going towards Christmas Families. For the past 31 years at Hope, students have donated to help families in need given to us by Metropolitan Lutheran Ministries. More information about what can be donated will be given out in November.
Christmas Family Information
This will mark our 31st. year of offering the love of Christ through the outpouring of food, household goods, clothing, and gift cards to those less fortunate during the Christmas season.
With your generosity, we have successfully given for many years to those in need.
We are asking for you to consider joining us in making it another successful endeavor for four to five families that we at Hope Lutheran School will adopt during this Christmas season through the Metropolitan Lutheran Ministry agency, the Johnson County Adopt a Family for Christmas/Salvation Army program.
A schedule is listed below and on the back. For these families, the children are asked to bring this to school.
A TEXT REMINDER will be sent the day before to remind everyone.
May the love which God sent down to earth shine through us, so that others may see His love and know of His hope.
If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. McIntosh at mcintosh@hopelutheran.org (the coordinator for the Christmas families).

To get the students excited for the PAHS Auction, we are holding a student raffle. Students are given 2 green tickets that they can use on any of the student raffle items. Students can also earn more of the green tickets from any teacher/staff member by going above and beyond what they are asked to do. The student raffle will take place Friday, November 8.

This Washington, D.C. trip fundraiser is scheduled for November 16, 2024, from 8:30-1:00. It can only happen if there are enough 7th and 8th graders available. Please email Mrs. Schkade as soon as possible to let her know if your child will rake leaves with us that day so she can contact the homeowners to set it up. An email with more information was sent out a few days ago, and you are welcome to contact Mrs. Schkade with any questions.
