It is hard to believe that it is the midpoint of the 3rd quarter! The 8th graders had a great 1st semester, lets hope for an even better second semester.
D.C. Fundraiser –

The Paula Miller Spades Tournament will be held at Hope on Feb. 22. There are several opportunities to volunteer and raise money for the D.C. trip. Eligibility – Eligibility started this week, make sure your student has at least a 75% so they can be eligible for extracurricular activities include all athletic, Spring Play, and non-athletic school sponsored clubs. Band, Chess Club, and Lego Club are excluded from eligibility requirements.

What benefits does Baptism give?
It works forgiveness of sins, rescues from death and the devil, and gives eternal
salvation to all who believe this, as the words and promises of God declare.
Which are these words and promises of God?
Christ our Lord says in the last chapter of Mark: “Whoever believes and is baptized
will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.” (Mark 16:16)
