Happy Reformation Day! All of our students have made it back safely from their mission trips and vacations. I would also like to take this time and congratulate Jamie and Zachariah and the rest of the Hope Academic Bowl team for coming in first at the match Monday, October 28.
Friendsgiving –
The 8th graders will be traveling to Stony Point on Friday, November 22 for a Friendsgiving celebration with some of the Stony Point students. A field trip form is in your student’s Thursday folder, please make sure that you get that signed and returned as soon as you can. The field trip will take place from 8:30 – 11:30 am.
D.C. Fundraiser –
Rake-a-thon: This Washington, D.C. trip fundraiser is scheduled for November 16, 2024, from 8:30-1:00. It can only happen if there are enough 7th and 8th graders available. Please email Mrs. Schkade as soon as possible to let her know if your child will rake leaves with us that day so she can contact the homeowners to set it up. An email with more information was sent out a few days ago, and you are welcome to contact Mrs. Schkade with any questions.
Room Parents – With the PAHS Auction right around the corner, please make sure you are contacting Mrs. Burns and or Mrs. Schmitz to see how you can help with our luck of the Irish themed auction basket.
Eligibility – Make sure your student has at least a 75% so they can be eligible for extracurricular activities include all athletic, Spring Play, and non-athletic school sponsored clubs. Band, Chess Club, and Lego Club are excluded from eligibility requirements.
