This week was the fourth week of band class and it was very successful! Thank you parents for getting your students here on time and thank you students for your enthusiasm in class. Parents, please continue to encourage your students to practice at home during the week! This time is vital for their growth as a musician and helps us learn more in class. If you have students wanting to take private lessons, please reach out so I can hopefully connect you with people in the area. I would love to do so.<\/p>\n

This week focused on scales and Veterans Day music. This is highly encouraged to be practiced at home.<\/strong> Bb major should still be practiced, but I have also added Eb major this week. Students should continue to practice the notes and exercises from class at home. We have gone through pg. 6 in their red books and had a mini check on no. 5.
