INTERNATIONAL FAIR

Get Ready for Our International Fair!

Our students have been working hard on their International Fair Projects, and we can’t wait for you to see their creativity and dedication come to life!

Join us for an exciting evening on Thursday, May 1st, as we celebrate the cultures of the world through student projects, traditional dance, and delicious food. Each grade level will showcase their assigned country with displays, performances, and interactive experiences.

Here’s what to expect:

  • 5:45 PM – Students should arrive and check in with their teachers in their classrooms.
  • 6:00 PM – The Parade of Countries will begin in the Family Life Center, featuring a traditional dance and student presentations.
  • After the parade, families are invited to tour classrooms to view projects and sample food from around the globe.

Thank you for helping your child to complete the diorama of a famous landmark in Paris! We can’t wait to see them! The dioramas are due on Friday, April 25th. We are working on perfecting our reports to go along with our displays. We are really getting excited for the International Fair, which will be on Thursday, May 1st! This will be such a fun event – you won’t want to miss it! Please be sure your child has the necessary “costume” for the evening: white button shirt or blouse (Short sleeves are fine and will suit the season.) with black pants for the boys and red skirts for the girls. The students will be wearing white gloves, berets, and scarves that will be provided here at school.

Student of the Week- VIP / Classroom Visits

Our next VIP visit will be for our Student of the Week, Amelia. We will share about her VIP visitor in our next newsletter. It is so fun to see the parents’ and children’s faces light up with joy when they talk about their families! The entire class gains so much from this experience!

The Seventh Petition pg. 22 “But deliver us from evil. What does this mean? We pray in this petition, in summary, that our Father in heaven would rescue us from every evil of body and soul, possessions and reputation, and finally, when our last hour comes, give us a blessed end, and graciously take us from this valley of sorrow to Himself in heaven.”

Thursday, May 1st

The Conclusion pg. 22 “For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever and ever. Amen. What does this mean? This means that I should be certain that these petitions are pleasing to our Father in heaven, and are heard by Him; for He Himself has commanded us to pray in this way and has promised to hear us. Amen, amen means “yes, yes, it shall be so.”
