Newsletter – March 28th

March 27, 2024

Dear Parents,

Week at a Glance

This week in handwriting we are writing the letter “e”. In language we are identifying compound words and writing rhyming words. This week for memory the class learned Luther’s Morning Prayer. Our religion lessons have focused on Holy Week and the events that took place during that week. In math we are learning how to make ten to add by regrouping numbers together. In choir we are learning new songs about Holy Week and Easter. Our reading lessons have been about the genre of drama and decoding words that have the long “a” sound with the silent “-e”. In science we are preparing for the science fair. Our social studies lessons this week are about how people produce, sell, and buy goods in economics.
