You are invited to Hope’s Midweek Advent services. These worship services are every Wednesday in December until Christmas. Services are held at 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm with a dinner served in between at 5:00 pm. Please note that the K-2 choir is singing at the 4pm Advent service on December 3rd. For pickup that day, your child will stay in the classroom. We will walk over to the church as a class. After the students sing in the balcony they will meet you in Concord Hall at 4:15. If your child is unable to attend, please email our choir director Mrs. Heiss at heiss@hopelutheran.org. These performances are part of your child’s choir grade.
Please send your child with chapel offerings every Wednesday. During second quarter our offerings will be going to the Christmas Families. So far we have collected $267.05.
Weather conditions continue to change and get colder. Please ensure your child brings a jacket to school to prepare for the day’s weather conditions. Per Hope’s recess policy, students must have an extra layer when the temperature is below 50 degrees. This must be a jacket, not a sweatshirt.
Please label your child’s jacket with their name in case it is misplaced.
The Milt Brueggemann Hope Classic Basketball Tournament is December 5-7. We need volunteers to help with this event. Please sign up at the following link: MBHC Volunteer Signups. This is a great way to get your volunteer hours as well as to connect with other Hope parents. Thank you for your support!
