Dear Parents,

Week at a Glance

This week in religion we are learning about the fruits of the spirit from Galatians 5:22-23. In our memory verse from Ephesians 4:32 we learned how God calls us to be kind, compassionate, and forgiving to each other. In science we are continuing our study of animal habitats. We are building complete sentences from incomplete phrases in language class. In reading class we are learning about characters and character motivation. In our math measurement unit we are learning how to estimate the length of an object before measuring it. We are reviewing letters with vertical lines in handwriting this week. Our social studies lessons are on how landforms impact where we draw lines on maps.
