Hi everyone! I hope your week is going well. We have been very busy getting ready for graduation and Fine Arts Night. The class is getting so excited for the end of the year! I do not have much to report academically as we are finishing up units and have completely finished some of our textbooks.
Math:
We are learning about numbers 11–20. Students are practicing counting, recognizing, and writing their numbers.
Reading & Writing:
Students have been working on reading leveled books, and we have continued practicing our reading and writing worksheets.
Social Studies:
We have officially finished all of our social studies units and lessons! We ended Social Studies by learning that Jesus loves everyone, everywhere, all the time.
Science:
We will complete our final science lesson tomorrow! Students will take magnifying glasses outside to explore, observe, and ask questions about the world around them.
Religion:
We have finished all of our Religion lessons and units as well. During morning time, we have been singing songs and working on crafts together.

Fine Arts Night Reminder
Fine Arts Night is a special opportunity for students to showcase the hard work they have done in art and music throughout the school year. Our choir and art teachers work tirelessly to support students in these areas, and we are excited to celebrate their accomplishments.
Fine Arts Night is mandatory, and the performance counts toward your student’s grade.

Students should meet their teachers in their classrooms by 5:15 PM.
Students in grades K–2 must wear Sunday best attire.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Chapel Offering Update
This quarter, our chapel offering will support the Guatemala Mission Trip. Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church partners with El Divino Salvador Lutheran Church in Zacapa, Guatemala. Each year, the mission group travels to Zacapa to support and work alongside them in ministry.
So far, we have collected $215.35 in fourth-quarter donations!
Thank you all for your continued support. These last few weeks are busy, but they are also such a special time of year. I am so grateful for all of you and for the opportunity to teach your children this year.
Miss Haley.
