Welcome to Hope Lutheran! We are so excited and blessed to have you here as part of our school family.
Our theme Bible verse for the year is Psalm 98:4
“Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth; break forth into joyous song and sing praises!”
I hope it comes alive in our classroom through the joy your children bring each day. My goal is to create a space where students feel happy, loved, and excited to learn, a place filled with joyful noises, laughter, and lasting memories.
School begins on Thursday, August 14th.
We will start the day with Chapel at 8:40 AM in the church sanctuary. Please drop your children off in the classroom by 8:30 AM. Parents are warmly invited to attend Chapel with us.
Please keep in mind: Thursday is an early dismissal day.
There will be no lunch or after-school care.
Kindergarten, first, and second grades will dismiss at 11:30 AM. We will meet you at the picnic tables outside the front doors for pick-up.
On Friday, both before- and after-school care will begin, as well as lunch service.
During the first few days, we will focus on establishing and practicing our classroom rules, routines, and expectations. This helps set a positive tone for the year and gives students the opportunity to practice what a successful and smooth day looks like.
We will begin content learning on Friday, I can’t wait to get started!
