fifth grade newsletter november 6, 2025

Dear Parents,

It was wonderful coming back into the classroom with all the kids. We went right back into applying our work skills and for the most part getting our assignments done during class time.

This week there is an over abundance of papers being sent home in your child’s yellow envelope.  These are assignments that I graded from the week I was absent along with this week’s assignments.  Please look through them all and encourage your child to do corrections to papers that are below a 75%. The corrections are due on Friday which is the following day.  I have the kids peek at their assignments ahead of time so they can have a book available to them if needed.

We will be honoring our Veterans on Tuesday.  If you have the chance, I would encourage you to go to Concord Hall (small gym) and view all that our school students put on display to honor our veterans.  I’m very proud of the work the fifth graders did.

Our all school auction is Saturday.  I am hoping to see you all there.  Come and view all the awesome items that have been collected.  I’m planning to take a few home with me.

Blessings on your week ahead.  Don’t forget to worship.

Something to remember- God is good all the time!

In Him,

Mrs. Kathy McIntosh
