As many families will be traveling for Spring Break, please pray for their safe return. Classes will resume on Monday, March 23.
Celebrating America 250 Years in the Making
We are working hard on our 250th Celebration of America by writing a research paper on a President or First Lady. All students are well on their way to completing their paper. The students will be presenting themselves as their chosen person during a Wax Museum “come to life” presentation in our classroom.
My goal is to have all their requirements completed in the classroom. They will be responsible for dressing as their person. This is an all school event that is scheduled for Thursday, April 30 from 5:30-7:00.
Spelling words are posted for the Thursday, March 26 spelling test.
Upcoming Events:
Report cards for the 3rd quarter will be sent home in the Thursday envelopes on March 26. Please sign and return the “unsealed” envelope to school the following Monday when returning your child’s weekly envelope.
The Jog-a-thon is scheduled for Tuesday, April 7th. Be watching for more information coming home after spring break.
