We have almost made it to the end of 2025! We know this is a busy season for everyone. Please be sure to see all the important information below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your student’s homeroom teacher.
Stony Point
Thank you for your donations and volunteering to raise funds for the students at Stony Point. We were able to raise $3,000 with your hard work and donations. We greatly appreciate you giving during this time of year.
We will deliver presents on Friday, December 12th.
Friday Updates- Please have your students wear a Santa or Christmas hat for caroling. Due to the field trip and caroling, we will be eating lunch once we return to school from the Ford dealership. We will have a small snack available in class when we return to school from Stony Point. Students may also bring their own snack as well. There will be no hot lunches available Friday for 7th and 8th grade. They must bring lunch from home.
Christmas Parties- Our Christmas parties will be held on December 19th at approximately 10:15 AM. We will be watching the movie, Elf. This is rated PG. Please let us know if you would not like your child to watch this movie. We will not be having a gift exchange at this time.
Chromebooks and Chargers- Your student needs to return their Chromebooks and chargers after our last final on Thursday, December 18th. Please make sure they have both at school.
Parent Teacher Conferences
Please take a moment to schedule your parent teacher conference for January. This is mandatory and all students must attend these conferences. Conferences will take place the week of the Cedar Rapids basketball tournament. If your child is going to the tournament, please sign up for a slot on Tuesday, Wednesday, or early Thursday.
