7th Grade Memory – 9/6, 9/13, 9/18

September 4, 2024

Friday, Sept. 6 – Psalm 121
1 I lift up my eyes to the hills.
From where does my help come?
2 My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
3 He will not let your foot be moved;
he who keeps you will not slumber.
4 Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord is your keeper;
the Lord is your shade on your right hand.
6 The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord will keep you from all evil;
he will keep your life.
8 The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.

Friday, Sept. 13 – Psalm 1:1-3

1 Blessed is the man

    who walks not in the counsel of the wicked,

nor stands in the way of sinners,

    nor sits in the seat of scoffers;

2 but his delight is in the law of the Lord,

    and on his law he meditates day and night.

3 He is like a tree

    planted by streams of water

that yields its fruit in its season,

    and its leaf does not wither.

In all that he does, he prospers.

WEDNESDAY, Sept. 18 – Psalms 1:4-6
4 The wicked are not so,
but are like chaff that the wind drives away.
5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment,
nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous;
6 for the Lord knows the way of the righteous,
but the way of the wicked will perish.

7th Grade Newsletter 11/14/2024

Memory for 7th grade is going to be given to each student as a hard copy for the remainder of the semester. Memory is going to be Christmas program lines or Christmas program songs. We need sanitizing wipes for our classroom. If you can donate, that would be helpful!...
