7th Grade Newsletter 4/17/25

April 16, 2025

The international fair is on Thursday, May 1st. 7th-grade girls have their dresses here at school. They need to wear black leggings underneath. Their hair should be in a low bun with braids going across the side of the head. The girls will have an example of how it needs to be done in class. 7th-grade boys need to wear black pants and a white shirt. Their other parts of their dress are at school. All 7th-grade students need to wear black shoes.

The night of the fair, we will start in the FLC. Each class will perform a traditional dance from their country. After this, you will be able to go around to each classroom and see what the students have been working on. In each classroom, there will be a food or drink item that is representative of their country of choice. Students will receive a “passport” to travel around the world and explore. This whole evening is a part of their grades and is their US History final. All students are required to be in attendance.

Finals are quickly approaching as well. We will be spending time in class preparing for finals, but students should also take time and study and review at home. In the car on the way to school or way home is always a great time to review vocabulary words!
Finals are as follows:
7th ELA will be on Thursday, May 8th
Math will be on Tuesday, May 13th
Science will be on Thursday, May 15th
US History final will be the international fair
