We are gradually becoming familiar with our textbooks and our procedures for science. We have begun our notetaking process for our first chapter – NOS, Nature of Science. Students have been working on their vocabulary note cards in class and they must be completed by Monday, Aug. 28. I will also be introducing google.classroom to the students and they will have their first homework assignment on this platform due Monday morning.
Earth Science
This week we finished up our study on Earthquakes. Next week we will look at volcanoes. The ALL SCHOOL SCIENCE FAIR is next Wednesday -- I hope to see everyone there!
