We are continuing to study the unique landforms that are created by different forms of stress and different types of boundaries. We have learned that each boundary has its own type of stress: compression occurs at convergent boundaries, tension occurs at divergent boundaries, and shear occurs at transform boundaries. At this point, I believe our chapter 8 test will be Tuesday, April 9. I will update this next week to confirm.
Earth Science
This week we finished up our study on Earthquakes. Next week we will look at volcanoes. The ALL SCHOOL SCIENCE FAIR is next Wednesday -- I hope to see everyone there!
