This past week we finished chapter 1 and took our test. Everyone did really well and the class average was very high. We have begun chapter 2 this week and are learning about cells. We will be learning about the individual organelles that make up the cells. We will be doing a project where each student will be creating a plant and an animal cells with 12 different organelles made of crafting supplies. We will also study the functions of these organelles. This is a project that they should be working on this coming weekend at home. Students will need liquid glue for this project.
Life Science
We have been reviewing the chapters that we studied this semester. The students will take their final exam Thursday, May 15 and then we will be done with Life Science. Thank you for a great year!
