We have finished our chapter on mitosis and we are taking our test on Thursday. Students will begin working on their vocabulary note cards for chapter 4 and they are due on Monday, Oct 28. Our next chapter is on haploid division or meiosis, where the sex cells divide and contain only half of the chromosomes so that in reproduction they end up with the correct number of chromosomes. We will also study asexual reproduction.
