This week we are studying the phylum chordata. This includes all vertebrates and those animals with a notocord but no true vertebral column. This phylum has the most classes that we will spend time studying. We have looked at three classes of fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals. On Thursday, the students will receive their review sheet for chapter 11. This is due on Monday and we will take our test on Tuesday, January 28. It is important that your student spend some time studying their phyla chart. There are 27 boxes on this chart and they will be on the test.
