We are continuing to study the different systems of organisms. This chapter we have focused on the skeletal or structural system, circulatory/respiratory systems and the excretory system. We have found that they are quite different among the different type of organisms that God created. Based on where they live, they have very different ways of getting oxygen and releasing carbon dioxide. They also have different types of excretory systems based on their environment and/or their diet. God certainly gave us a large variety to compare and contrast with each being uniquely created. We will take our chapter 12 test on Monday, 2/24. After that, we will dissect the frog and be able to visualize some of the systems that we have just been learning about. Next week should be an exciting week.
