This week we have continued our study on cells. We are beginning to understand the parts of the cell and how substances are transported in and out of the cell through osmosis, diffusion, and transport. Next, we will learn how the cells convert food and oxygen to ATP which is the energy for the cells process. We are nearing the end of the chapter and I plan on giving the chapter 2 test next Thursday, Oct. 3. This chapter has a long list of difficult vocabulary words, so students should begin (or continue) studying them for the test.
