Chapel: Mrs. Begley used several students to help tell the account of Jesus’s resurrection. She helped us focus on the empty tomb. The folded linens there are like a napkin folded and placed at the plate at the end of a meal, signifying “It is finished!” So Jesus’s death is finished, and ours as well! An empty cross and empty tombs are reminders of Jesus’s resurrection and victory over death.
Verse to Remember: We were buried in Christ, so that just as He is risen from the dead, we too may live a new life.
Serve-a-thon: We are thankful for all the generous donors who supported our serve-a-thon efforts. We are excited for the new technology that will be purchased with these donations!
Talent Show: Students should bring any materials they’ll need for the show Friday at 2:00 PM. Parents are invited as well. Come to Concord Hall.
