Chapel: Pastor Cook led our chapel with a focus on Revelation 7:9-10 (see verses below). He read to us the book Swirly, which presents a lesson of belonging. We all belong to God’s world, and it is a privilege to interact with and learn from people who come from all over. We have families of several different countries of origin here at Hope, and it is exciting to celebrate our differences and remember that we share one commonality: we are all loved by Jesus!
Verse to Remember: Revelation 7:9–10 After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”
