Aaron and Zoey represented the 6th graders well at the spelling bee this week. They made it through several rounds. Congrats!

Book report books need to be read and notes taken on the Google Doc continuously the next few weeks. By this Sunday evening, a minimum of five chapters should be read with notes completed. The format of the report has not been announced yet, and a due date hasn’t been set. However, these will be finished before Christmas break (end of third quarter), so don’t delay!

For our class Christmas party, each student should bring two large candy bars. Wrap each one individually in festive paper that you bought or is decorated by the student. Do not write the giver’s name. These will be used for our gift exchange.

I pray that you all have a blessed Thanksgiving and safe travels, whether they are long or short distances. We truly have SO MUCH to be thankful for!
