Week at a Glance
In Math, we are working through our unit about adding three-digit numbers. In Science, we are talking about earthquakes and volcanoes. In Social Studies, we are starting a new unit on people and places. In Reading, we are talking about Black History Month and all of the historical figures that have made an impact on our world today. In Religion, we are talking about Jesus’s ministry on earth. Valentine’s Day is coming up quick! We will be doing a little party in the class on Friday, February 14th. Students can create their own boxes to hold Valentines in at home and bring them to school whenever they are finished. I have extra shoe boxes if anyone needs them, just let me know! If you are sending your child with Valentines, remember that we are a nut free classroom and there are 16 total students.
