Dear Parents,

As we celebrate Thanksgiving with family and friends next week I would like to say that I am very thankful for every student in my classroom.  God has blessed me with 15 students that I dearly love and care about.  Thank you for sharing them.

News-

There are several activities that are fast approaching.  Be looking for your detailed notes in your child’s yellow folder.  

Spirit Week-

Spirit week is December 1st – 5th. A note was sent home in your child’s yellow envelope with all the information. Please read it for more detailed information.

Monday- Comfy day Pj’s are allowed. (no tank tops) 

Tuesday- Twin day 

Wednesday- Favorite Teacher Day

Thursday- Red and Gold, Pep Rally at 2 pm

Friday- Holiday Day: Celebrate a holiday – Dress like your favorite holiday or wear a shirt from your favorite holiday

Candy Cane Cafe-

Our first Candy Cane Cafe is on December 2nd, December 9th, December 16th      

between 8:00-8:25.  This will be in the commons area. $2.00 hot chocolate; $3.00 for supreme hot chocolate; $1.00 for a cookie.

Christmas Program for 3rd-8th Grade-

The children have already started practicing for our grades 3-8 Christmas program.  This is a mandatory program for all of our students as we celebrate the birth of Christ.  

Our 3-8 grade students will have their Christmas program on Thursday, December 18th starting at 6:00 pm.  Students are to meet in their classrooms at 5:30 pm before the program.  

Reminder-

Teachers will not be posting a newsletter during the week of Thanksgiving.  Be looking for the spelling and memory however, that will be posted for the following week.

During this season of Thanksgiving let us remember to give thanks to our heavenly Father for all the blessings He has given us.
