fifth grade newsletter for february 19, 2026

Dear Parents,             February 19, 2026

It’s hard to imagine that the month of March is only a little over a week away. Even the kids are commenting on how fast the school year has gone  by.  With that being said, there are many upcoming events.  Please look closely at all of them to see which ones will affect your child.

Choir performances–

This Sunday, February 22,  grades 3-5 choir will sing at Hope’s 10:30 service. Please have your child arrive by 10:20.

On March 8, all K-8 students will be singing and/or playing in band at Hope’s church services to kick off National Lutheran Schools Week. It is  important that as many students as possible attend. Students work hard in band and choir to make our voices and instruments blend and balance. If you have a family or church conflict that prevents your child from attending, please email Mrs. Schkade and me with your excuse. Thank you.
