Physical Science

We have been continuing to look at physical changes and have also begun learning about chemical properties and chemical changes. Along with learning about chemical changes, we are learning about balancing chemical equations. This can be a tricky skill to learn, so we will spend a couple of days on it. At this point, my plan is to take our chapter 7 test on Thursday, February 1. Students should also be investigating their science fair topic. Hypotheses are due on Monday, Jan 29. Their next step after this will be to work on their experiment plan which will need parental approval to confirm the expense and safety factors.
