This week the students have been working on their group project for chapter 4. Each group has been assigned one of the lessons of the chapter and they will be making a slides presentation on their topic, a classroom demonstration, and teaching their classmates the concept that they have been assigned. This project is designed to help them with public speaking, presentation voice, and organizing information to share with others — among other things. Students do not usually realize this, but the concepts that they share with their classmates will probably be more solidified in their memory than any other concept that they learn this year.
