4:45 – 5 p.m. – devotion / warm-up
5 – 5:30 p.m. – sprint & distance workouts
5:30 – 6 p.m. – field events
6 – 6:15 p.m. – stretching / affirmations / prayer
Track Events
Sprints – 100m Hurdles (7/8), 100m, 200m, 400m
Distance – 800m, 1600m (7/8)
Relays – 4x100m, 4x400m
Field Events
Vertical Jumping – High Jump, ONLY Mon. & Fri.
Horizontal Jumping – Long Jump, Triple Jump
Throwing Events – Discus, Shot Put, Turbo Javelin
NOTE: At the Alma meet Discus & Shot Put are only offered in the 7/8 division.
PRACTICE ATTIRE
Athletes must wear P.E. uniforms. All watches, jewlery, and earrings should be removed before practice. Bring a water bottle.
