Chapel: Today Mrs. Schade read from Luke 1 in which Zechariah foretold of Jesus’s purpose in coming to the earth“…the Lord God…has raised up a horn of salvation for us.” The horn represents the announcement of power.  Jesus rules over the power of sin, death, and the devil and will provide for our needs.  We read litanies, which we learned are like a list of wants and needs offered up to God.  We trust Jesus to answer our prayers as He has promised because we have seen the power of answered prayer.  We were reminded that every part of Creation is given a purpose and praises God by fulfilling His purpose for them.  When we pray to God we each receive strength to fulfill our purpose. Pastor Mueller followed our worship time by blessing the Operation Christmas boxes that are packed and ready to be sent to children around the world!

Verse to remember: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.”  – Matthew 6:19

Jackets/coats- Cooler temperatures have arrived.  Please remind your child to bring a jacket or coat.  When temperatures are below 50, a jacket is required in order to participate in outdoor recess. Thank you.
