The Men of Hope is a men’s ministry to help men reaffirm their spiritual leadership in their families and the church through participation in activities that support Hope Lutheran’s vision, staff, and members in need.

• Lutheran Hour Ministries
• Breakfast & Bible Studies
• Shawnee’s Adopt-A-Spot – Cleanup along Shawnee Mission Parkway
• Setting up crosses on east lawn to recognize sanctity of life celebration
• Support for Bridge of Hope Community Church in Kansas City, Kansas, including Mega Day
• Christmas light decorations on outside of church
• Annual Men’s BBQ
• Building the float for the Old Shawnee Days Parade
• Advent Breakfast
• Service projects for Hope’s seniors, staff, and other members in need
• Community garden
• Salvaging initiative at Shawnee Mission School demolition projects.
